“Nothing in life has any meaning except the meaning you give it” – Dr. John Demartini

I’ve just had the most interesting and challenging weekend in a very, very long time. It was also inspirational … moving … and has already started to transform the way I want to do things in my life.

I attended “The Breakthrough Experience” course with Dr. John Demartini, here in London. I first attended some of his free evening seminars in September 2007, and at the end of the 2nd evening had decided to sign up for The Breakthrough Experience this past weekend. What a great decision that was.

The way he speaks, and explains truths about life, is so different to many speakers – he makes no promises about ever-lasting happiness, or immeasurable wealth. He just cuts to the truth of things – that life is made up of good and bad, positive and negative, support and challenges from people – and the way we make a difference in our lives is the way we react to all these things. We cannot change nature – universal laws govern our world, and you cannot only have good – balance doesn’t happen in a one-sided situation! The science behind all of this was explained in great detail, so you truly “get” that what he is explaining is so relevant in each of our lives.

This blog is too small to even try to cover all the range of things he touched on – so I recommend that you try & attend his next series of free lectures, and if AT ALL possible, his Breakthrough Experience weekend in London in June 2008. I’m not sure of lecture dates as yet, but in the past they’ve always been in the week preceding The Breakthrough Experience, so this is likely to continue – but I will keep this blog updated about that – I really want YOU to hear about the incredible genius of this man.
